The ongoing realignment and signalization of Lilburn School Rd and Hood Rd through Bryson Park is still underway. Gwinnett Department of Water Resources is currently replacing the water line. In early March 2025, this work will continue onto the roadway. Be on the lookout for potential traffic impacts. This road improvement project is expected to be completed in early July 2025. Traffic signals will not be activated until the end of the project.
This SPLOST-funded project, in cooperation with other agencies, began in Fall 2023 with an estimated completion date of April 2025. The relocation of the waterlines contributed to a 3-month delay.
